We hope you've had an amazing stay in Windham at our home. We're sad to say goodbye but look forward to hosting you again. Please read the check out procedures below carefully to ensure a good transition for our next guests and to ensure there are no deductions from your security deposit upon check-out.
Please make sure all windows are closed and all doors leading outside are shut.
Please turn of all lights inside and outside, including under the covered patio.
Please make sure that you have all of your belongings (check closets and drawers!).
Please load all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run the dishwasher.
Please remember to take your food with you from the refrigerator and freezer.
Please make sure the hot tub is fully covered if it was used.
Please make sure no open food is left inside or outside.
Please put all used towels on the floor in front of each bed.
Please make sure the fireplace is shut-off.
If you played cornhole, please make sure it is put back into the carry bag and placed inside by the basement door.
If you played pool or chess during your stay, please make sure all balls/chess pieces are accounted for.
If you used the wireless speaker, please plug it back into the wall for charging.
Please make sure the grill is cleaned off of food, shut-off, propane lever is in the off position, cover is on, and lid is secured with bungee cord.
Please make sure that the fire pit is fully extinguished.
Please press the center button on the keypad to lock the front door as you leave.
Please put all garbage into bags and leave the garbage bags in the bins located on the left side of the Lodge, and ensure the lid is secured with the rubber straps.
